The competition piece is started and finished during the festival.
- 02
The minimum size of a competition piece is 15 x 15 cm.

The artist documents the process with photos, from the first line to the finished piece.
- 04
The tattooed person is present at the judging.
- 05
One piece can be entered in one category only.
- 06
If a category receives fewer than two entries, it is not judged separately and merges with the closest category.
